There are chiefs and there Indians. I'm just a little schmuck doing what I can to help improve the lives of the Norma Raes of the world. From my experience, my union brothers and sisters certainly have never asked for a large portion of the pie ... just a fair portion. In any event, we've got bigger fish to fry, i.e., the stock market going to hell in a handbasket. I keep waiting for something from the White House but so far have been disappointed. And now I see where D-Dubya-I has gone back on a campaign pledge regarding air pollution. Pretty soon we're going to start seeing bumper stickers that say: "Don't blame me; I voted for Gore." Gotta run. Break time is about to begin.
