What would you deem adequate for Jeffrey Dalmer- -a serial killer? How about Hitler? Stalin? Mao? Pol Pot? How many people do you get to kill before your own life is forfeit? Or Richard Allen Davis, the killer of Paula Klaas, an innocent 12 year old girl? There's no doubt he did; he confessed and he led police to her body, which they had not been able to find despite extensive searching?
