I can't respond, as I said, my freind gave the info and he has a professional chart reader for 20+ years. This is his opinion.

As to the cup and handle, The PRST cup has a major hole in it.

I, like Warren Buffet, believe in fundamentals, and PRST on straight valuation basis, is overpriced 80+ percent. Time will tell, but when it drops to 80, I'll double my short position.
