Yep, but some of the banksters, non-clown division, are getting annoyed with FNM's arrogance:

It'll be interesting to see if theeir abuses of power see the light of day in the wake of the bubble denouement; they exist only at the pleasure of Congress, and could be reigned in if sufficient political pressure were brought to bear.
