Contest - when will Nextel / Qualcomm 1x technology news be "out there," so that even (low-level forms of life as we know it, such as ...) CNBC and "professional" money managers actually know about it ? (This is patterned (loosely) after a similar contest regarding when will the Globalstar reorganization plan be announced).
