Oops! To correct, he said 25% of cash which was 1/8 of portfolio for conservative investors and 50% of cash which was 1/4 of portfolio for aggressive investors.

The reason I said SAYREP does not know what he is talking about is twice you have said he did not recomend Qs for conservative investors. He did. You are wrong on that point.
