I think the difference comes from the Common offering they did at the end of the third quarter. If you look at their latest 10-Q, it shows pro forma balances assuming the proceeds of the offering were included.

You can never trust Market Guide (and similar sources) completely. Safest place to look is always the SEC filings, because there someone gets in big trouble if it's wrong. <g> (Even PR's are dangerous, as sometimes corrections on garbled first attempts are issued that don't make it to all sites.)
