I've got a treat for you- Take a wheel of Brie cut the rind off the top (but leave edge to keep topping on) Mix brown sugar with butter into a paste and mix in walnuts smear on top of Brie Broil until sugar carmelizes (watch closely do not burn) serve with french bread yummmmmmmmm
