My targets for the indices are on record with SI, and they are not shockingly low, no more shocking than the current NASDAQ would have shocked 12 months ago. My targets are realistically achievable, by reason, logic, financial laws, and by help of Green$pan.

Bubbles are not manageable unless done early. Do you think the US still has a bubble in Nasdaq, and has a bubble in debt?
