Mr. Cunningham (a member of the INSP Board of Directors) has been a fairly busy boy, regarding the selling of his INSP shares. Between 3/31/99 thru 12/12/2000 he has made 15 trades of his shares (not counting the most recent filing). All were "SELLS."

According to the Joint Proxy Statement (pg. 120) mailed to all INSP and GNET shareholders prior to the "merger" vote on 10/12/2000, John E. Cunningham, IV had a total of 902,263 shares of INSP. This included 92,806 shares held by "Clear Fir Partners LP," of which he was the President.

By my calculations, he's proposing to dump 55.42% of his INSP shares all at once. Nice vote of confidence (from a "Pre-Merger" INSP Board member) in the company for us other "little" shareholders, huh? Ah heck...maybe he just needs a little extra spending money, even though the stock is a few cents off its 52 week low. :(

Roger

PS. Levy, I was trying my very best to find something (anything) "new" to post that was "positive." I really REALLY was... honest.
