Sam, I am sorry that I cannot answer that very well at the moment. FWIW, I just tried looking up AMAT's Japanese TFT subsidiary Applied Komatsu and I cannot find a website for it using Google. Does anyone know of it? That would surely contain the information we are looking for. Another FWIW, AMAT's own webstite has no search feature?!?! TIA Brian
