the SEC agrees with you andy

What is it that the SEC agrees with? I don't see it.

NUFO reported on Jan 30th and subsequently warned on March 5th. So what? There's a long list of companies in the same boat. AMCC for example, reported Jan 16th and CEO Dave Rickey stated "Our demand has remained strong," Rickey told analysts. "I have no tangible evidence that our overall demand run rate is going to slow down except the obvious macroeconomic concerns and my own ever present paranoia." AMCC warned on March 5th.

If you look at the insider sales for NUFO, you'll see many sales spread throughout the past year. So what? Other tech companies didn't know the extent of the slowdown until late Feb/early March. So the folks at NUFO should have known? I see no evidence that they did.

I wonder who it is who starts these suits -- the lawyers or the shareholders? Perhaps there are vultures masquerading as law firms that look at all the tech companies that have warned, correlate the warnings with any insider sales, whip together potentially lucrative class action suits, issue a press release, and see who climbs aboard. Seems to be the trend these days -- make a bad decision, then look around for someone else to blame.
