I had a Uromed rep come out to my clinic last week-family practice near Chapel Hill nc- she was low key but seemed to know her stuff- showed me the reliance and the soft plug- whatever it's called- we're starting a list of interested patients and have a couple- the rep will come back and do an in-house instruction for fitting the Reliance with my patients and myself- she called back recently to follow up and see how things were going- i believe the plug (impress??) has not yet been approved but is pending approval with plans to market later in the year- she was quite optimistic about upcoming marketing plan to the public through several "women's journals'- good housekeeping etc.- that was to begin at any time- I think the push for these products will come from patient demand rather than being offered by physcians- at least male docs to whom female patients may not want to discuss issues of incontinence- some women with whom i've suggested Reliance are a bit squeamish about inserting a device intra- urethrally, but for the ones who truly suffer from incontinece, they are quite willing to try. I think there is still hope here even though market analysis of this stock has turned bearish- maybe a year or two- i was in at 8! so will be haning on for a while. Sorry for the rambling- good luck. Bruce
