I had a client yesterday ask me what to do with a batch of cash he had that he really did not need and will not need. He has a bank loan (working capital) in one of his businesses that he is paying 7-8% on. I advised him to take the bank out of the loan and furnish the working capital needed with his own money and let the corp pay him that rate so I would probably agree with what you said about paying off the home mortage. You can make more money by not paying them interest as you said. Monty
