Why does Piecyk always get ripped for his $1,000 target??? Piecyk did not champion qcom early on. He didn't even cover Qcom until the last few days of 1999. He initiated coverage with the $1,000 target in the last few days of 1999 at the top. The actual high was $200 on Jan. 3, 2000.
