Frankly, it looks like all the markets are coming together for a BK. I can't see how any chart reader could sleep holding long here..

We are certainly getting some signs of deflation. Rapid fall in interest rates, equities are falling, commodities are pulling back, gold is stagant, oil is backing off.

I understand the housing market is even cooling in some formerly hot areas- it seems to be fairly even here, possibly even improving.

I think unemployment would have to rise considerably for deflation to occur for long. The printing presses are still running 24/7 <g>
