I guess that's what worries me: Japan gets the Nikkei up > 10% within 17 days or we will have worldwide financial chaos. You seem convinced that worldwide chaos will not happen, and hence Japan will find a way to avoid it. If they can't, then might the Naz see 1400 next month instead of 2600 and might the Dow bust through 8000?

I agree that they will try to avoid the crisis, but the last couple days haven't added to my confidence.

What percentage chance would you give for them not making it?

Not trying to be antagonistic. I am just surprised by your confidence in light of this potential disaster.

While I am at it, I must commend your confidence and nerves of steel that you exhibited being very long the last few days. Impressive!
