Very Little Customer Service You can go to their site and download the java applet which is their traders workstation. You enter the securities you are trading stocks and or options. You get streaming real time quotes for each of them. When you want it you click on the bid or ask, whichever you want to accept. They do a great job of record keeping, show you real time account information and are inexpensive. But if you think you will need customer service a lot I would think you would be better off elsewhere. They have a line which after a wait get you a CSR. Quality Varies. It really is set up for the experienced trader. Point and click is great as long as you point and click at the right thing. No verifications or feedback it is the system within seconds. They have best price routing which monitors Nas, SOES, Island, Instinet, and many others, and will send your trade to the whoever has the best price. Not for everyone but if you want to hit the bid as soon as you see it move this is the place.
