The latest issue of Holography News discusses Russian Tax Seals and the programs in place. It is quite informative, discussing the current law as well as the magnitude of hologram production underway and expected in the near future. Decree 601 is mentioned some, as well as Spetznak continuing role. However, Holographic Dimensions was not mentioned and there is every reason to believe that they no longer have any involvement whatsoever. ted
