>>Got it?<<

Perhaps...?

Are you using "volume" or "volume per penny" for doing these breakouts..?

Using volume:
3/13 -- starting with HON:
ADD 5 = 34,419,800 -(4,983,400jnj) +(52,029,400intc) -(less 3 dd,ek,xom) +(ge), etc. -- doing the whole page adding and subtracting pos/neg volume -- I get +185,371,700 at C. >>>>>

3/14 -- Carry forward:
+185,371,700 begin with HON:
volumes are negative -- subtracting down -- at SBC volume goes to negative -(1,055,800).

Assigning SBC 3/14/01 as a designated "DOWN" date.
There is a change in direction.

Remaining 18 volumes are negative and at C they equal -(171,727,700)
Carry Forward >>>>>

Question:
Is there any historical Start to this process..?

These "DOWN" or "UP" breakout areas would change, depending on where ever you started...! (If I started on 3/12 the figure at SBC 3/14 would be different...?)

Have I Got It...!
