Well, the CEO has said that the banking arrangement would be finalized by Q4 which is end of April/01, so we should see an announcement soon. Investors don't like uncertainty, and as soon as this one is removed, the stock should take off.

It's almost a no brainer. The Q3 proved that the company is capable of generating cash flows of around $100 to $120 million annually. At today's price of $3, the total market capitalization is a mere $180 million. This is plain cheap. Under normal conditions, if the company is sold, investors should expect at least 8 to 10 times the cash flow i.e. $12 to $19 per share.
