Utha, I would venture to say that by this time next week if not by the following, this board will be dead. No offense to Ernie, but I think he got snookered on this one. Looks like John sold him a bill of goods. By all indications, this one was doomed from the get go. Played well in the beginning but the music looks like it ran out. 2 companies merging that make 13 mil between them an one is loosing money. Who knows what the other one is doing? Low vol. but the stock move in wild swings. The spread was the first indication that there was something wrong here. I would almost bet that the price moves where on 1000 share buys an the rest of the move was on folks thinking that this was the move. Looks to me that this was nothing more then a sham. Not a scam but a sham. Artificially held up to get the major players out. Unfortunately it looks like Ernie got caught up in it. Another SYTE. Oh well, what can one say, ;-((((((((((( Ron
