Don, Customer service was OK but I was angered by management's underhand methods of extracting cash. For example, I was charged $7 a month for some mysterious "bill payment services" extra I certainly never signed up for, there was a $100 bonus for opening an account I never received, and there were many who were caught by their bait and switch tactic of free trading for large accounts. Oh and a final $50 fine for escaping from them. Perhaps your experience has been different but I prefer to have my money with people I can trust. I've tried many online brokers since '96 and the best for me are Brown and Datek.
