Jimmy and all

This stock is poised for a 1 for 5 share consolidation. Unless a miracle happens and 3 to 400,000 dollars that are required pop up in the next week or so than the above consoditation may not occur. The AGM is set up in such a way that anything is possible at the meeting including changing the course of the company to resources ie mining. The management of SPM are also the same management of a resource company called MAD on the VSE. They are more concerned with MAD right now as it is in play than SPM. My thoughts are that SPM will not be a play for some time yet. We have been selling our position for the last couple of weeks.

My thoughts on voting against the reduction of the option price. It's a great idea but will never carry through as the results of majority of these AGMs are rehearsed before any minority shareholders even get to the meeting.
It is a great technology but the desire and the push for the product comes from the management. They can raise almost a million dollars for MAD and can not raise $400,000 for SPM. What's wrong with this picture?

Gentlemen you should read the site: Five dollars and Under sub heading: SPM..Undervalued...FDA Approved Products. Then it will make sense why we are selling.

If you trouble finding it let me know and I will post more precise info.
Any comments or critism.
