Tippet I was very critical of the FED and also explained him how trough collusion the "love stocks" were pushed up by certain mutual funds. Went with him trough recent history of ill conceived FED monetary action starting from July 1998.

For some reason the intent of WSJ was different to show "bulls capitulation" no need to say SI members know I am far from being bullish for the last two years. Even e-mailed him some of my bearish posts on SI of last year.

That is what I told him in a nutshell.

Also was critical of Bush & Co speaking down the economy to promote his tax plan, but none of this was mentioned.
