Ask Wufff, he is the thread expert. I would say too costly, too proprietary and vastly underfunded. Another SI fav where people thought they were venture capitalists, but they didn't get into the operational nuts and bolts, but were rather dazzled by the promise of the technology.

The Appollo program was a great thing, but not everybody gets to go to the moon, it's just too costly.
