Re: ThermoEnzymes as a separate company.

If you look in the Thermo-Tech pamphlets under "Corporate Structure", you will see that Thermo-Tech seems to split each of their seperate divisions into a separate "company", but from the shareholder's point of view, it is really all just Thermo-Tech.

For instance, now they have:

Thermo Tech Waste Systems Inc. (operator and licenser)

Thermo Tech Management Inc. (plant management)

Thermo Tech Research Systems (reaearch & support)

Lockerbie Thermo Tech (turn key plant construction)

Mira Therma (end product sales)

... to name a few - each plant is separately incorporated as well

and they recently turned their depackaging department into a seperate corporation as well - can't recall the name

I would guess that the creation of ThermoEnzymes would simply follow this pattern and as far as we shareholders were concerned it would all still just be ThermoTech. That is what I have assumed was meant.

Does anyone have reason to believe that this case will be different?
