Jay,

PRIA has about a $75M - $100M opportunity per 300mm fab. This is enormous growth from its 200mm opportunity.

The Interbay automation equipment does get installed as the clean room is being built usually the Q before the equipment goes in. Presumably the software revenues wouldn't ramp up until the fab does.

I think it will outperform during the 300mm build.
