I'm sure it's no secret by now, although I am surprised it has not been mentioned:

Judge rules AGAINST RMBS and for Infineon......saying patents are not quite what rmbs seems to think........I dont understand the technology crap, but what it looks like is even micron and many others will not be forced to throw money at rmbs's feet.

The ruling was quite a shock to rmbs, no doubt and if the ruling sticks, rmbs is in deep doo doo........people can call it FUD or whatever they like, but bottom line is rmbs is screwed if this holds up....and in the meanwhile, more time ticks away and the stock heads lower and lower. Anybody care to take a guess at where rmbs share price ends up? I say if the ruling holds up and rmbs loses it's appeal, we are talking single digits, as the money tree will be lacking water to help it grow.
