Do a valuation analysis on it, and you will find the stock was never worth 17, or even 7. It has no earnings growth to justify its premium p/e multiple. It deserves a multiple of 15 - 20, giving it a stock price of 3 or 4, which is not a ridiculous low price -- indeed it is above the IPO price of last spring. The stock was hyped last spring and summer by the CEO during a period of revenue growth. He's stopped hyping it now, and the revenue growth has halted. Earnings growth has reversed. That pretty much explains the whole story.
