Good to hear from you. NTWK will never be a legit company IMO. Leopards cannot change their spots, and zebras cannto change their stripes.

I also would not get excited at all about Deephaven, they are private placement guys, who run market-neutral (which means they are totally hedged) They could care less about the company, all they want is their coupon and warrants. They have most likely already shorted out the underlying shares to hedge themselves. Deephaven did similar deals with Hawker Pacific, with Stockgroup.com, and other companies.
