We had to At least be nice to people! Back in the olden days, the passenger was king or queen. We had to work our buns off. We served a meal on almost every leg of every flight. At times it was just ridiculous. We would barely get off the ground, would start running on our accent, straight up. Now, they have to have a three hour flight between 7:15 and 8:00 am departure to serve breakfast...I'm exaggerating, but that is almost the truth.
