Well, that seems a little "post hoc ergo propter hoc", don't ya think,

A little conclusory on your part,

A little, "Don't hatchet your counts, before they chicken"

If ya catch my drift.

By that I mean, this is a CIVIL suit, after all. Not a criminal suit. Remember that presumption of innocence thingy. And how can the Judge find guilt with out the testimony, AND IF he did then what about that Fifth Amendment thingy whereby someone, even an attorney, can't be forced to testify.

HMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.
