det - . I wonder how the AWE/DoCoMo 9.6 kbps i-mode apps are going to look to US users in comparison to Sprint/Verizon apps at 144 kbps? Smart advertising. The average consumer knows nothing of CDMA or 144Kbps. I-mode will look like the greatest thing since sliced breas and most people will fall for it hook line and sinker. There will still be enough to go around though and Q, PCS and VZ will make a living. But as for the ads for i-mode....you wait, they are going to be so good, so big and so much that even we are going to start believing that i-mode is the best and that fairies live at the bottom of the garden. You should see the ads DoCoMo have put in the Herald Tribune. Its the same thing as the Wright Brothers advertsing their aircraft instead of the latest Beoing! Best regards, L
