Re: a buying opportunity Whatever has been presented in the case, it was sufficient to convince the Judge to issue an order that suspended Attorney Client Privilege. Call up any Attorney and ask them if it is a good sign for the prospects of a case if your side has had its Attorney client privileges suspended. What you will hear, is that, like sanctions, it isn't a big deal to see them requested, but very unusual and a very strong sign if they are ever granted. The Judge issued an order suspending Rambus's Attorney Client Privileges. rambusite.com Infineons case must be looking very, very, strong.
