Jim, "This is VERY serious if true" Another interesting observation: the ruling was signed on March 7, 2001. Surprisingly, the smooth and quiet drop in RMBS commons, siliconinvestor.com started exactly at the same time. I wonder if there is somebody in-the-know who seriously benefited from this ruling... What do you think?
