IFX' tactics were to influence the judge on the Markman claims, by making RMBS look like the bad guys in the JEDEC matter. The issues are more "related" than meets the eye. As for the patent claims, I agree that the narrow construction rumor is very likely true. But we will need to see what other claims are at issue in the case.
