The Catholic Church has come along way in the past few years. I was raised a Catholic but became very disillusioned with all the fear tactics used to scare one into compliance. I now belong to the charismatic Catholic movement which is a bit more spontaneous and centered around the loving nature of a supreme being. It is far more spiritual than the church of the old days which I remember well. The story of how I finally arrived back in the Catholic religion is a journey that is full of incredible stories. Many unusual things happened that brought me back to the church. What's important is to listen to your heart and let the Holy Spirit guide you to find what's best for you. We're all individuals so the same things never work from one to another of us. Good luck on your journey!!
