Careful about LOR. Large debt, CEO (the architect of Globalstar) somewhat erratic (to put it mildly), and not yet profitable. I lost a bundle on it. Glad I got out at around 5. However, at around 3 it may be good enough for a bounce. If you want an unprofitable company with good assets and good technology, take a look at 3Com. It sells for less than cash per share and it has no debt.
