jmac, an impartial judge doesn't believe rmbs' patents are lock tight like rmbs said they were. that is NEWS. the same unbiased judge didn't in the fraud case what he saw in the patent case - a reason to dismiss it. sure, this whole thing stinks. but, alas, the odor eminates (sp?) from rmbs. don't feel bad for management, though. they are set for life with the wealth investors provided for them.
