Skeeter, bull or bear i am not. i have lost a fortune on other stocks. But, there has been nothing that has said that the "impartial" judge in this case has said anything about RMBS's patents. At least not yet. WAKE UP. You may be right about the demise of RMBS but you are now speculating like everyone else. The trial starts 3/20/01 and all that has happeded was a pre-trial motion hearing on an effort to exclude certain evidence.
