RE: "CPQ warns and stock is up AH"

For a short while there I was wondering if the seemingly endless string of warnings were going to slow down and level off. This is simply not happening. It now seems the trend is going to continue. It feels like there's a bit more to the semi story than the burning off of excess inventory coupled with some slowing demand. Still, we see both related and sector specific stocks move up after bad news. I don't know how long it will take before the warnings are considered negative again, but I suspect that when that happens, it won't be fun.
