as of now, nobody knows who heard the motion. in illinois and texas (two places I know something about courtroom procedure), pre-trial motions are often heard in judge's chambers. that's what occurred. a pre-trial motion to preclude the admisability of evidence. now that i have read this thread and all of the posts, I understand you. You are way to passionate to look at this objectively. I hope you make a fortune on your short position. I never have understood why people get emotional about their investments.
