Greg, what happens if the company comes out and reaffirms previous guidance? Can you say "gap-up"?! Too late to buy then... Such gaps up are often lost the next day. Even if sustained, it is definitely not too late to buy then. So what -- you'll pay $5 more a share -- but you will have waited until the coast is clear. Long term, the $5 difference in cost basis will not make a big difference.
