Kathy L. Hibbs - the VAR attorney who pre-approved the invasive bathroom videotaping is scheduled for another day of SLAPP deposition. This rather repulsive individual will have her testimony videotaped, but unlike her victims, the camera will not capture her urinating, defecating or showering should she need to do so.
