Will Infineon base its case on the fact that RMBS is its competitor? (see page 4 of the first document). That i not going to work, they are not competitor. Apart of that, , these document present Infineon point of view and for strange reason they do nto go to the 1990 case (and they do have access to the file wrapper), ask yourself why they do not.
