jmac, i'm not trying to make fun of losses. lord knows how many bulls tried to get me to feel like i was cheated for not playing the greater fool game. this guaranteed outcome is why i didn't play and didn't recommend playing the "game." i can't help the consequences of peoples' decisions - especially when i pointed out what was obvious foolishness to me. my fun is more intellectual. yes, it looks like rmbs tried to misuse jedec. no, rmbs doesn't own the world and can't try and raid consumer pocket books. yes, this is good news. sorry the longs made the decisions they made.
