Yeah, it's still an intact filing entity. Hell, clean shells that file ain't sheap. Robb Peck McCooey did a 10mm dollar floorless CD for EBLD and it was pretty much downhill from there. Not sure if there are even any offices anymore. VIDNET is run by, i think its FITV, or MITV or something like that. EBLD as a company is pretty much history. WTF though, hold your shares and maybe they'll reverse split into something that'll become a ETYS or PCLN or VERT or...oops, nevermind ;-) -dave
