what sort of screen do you use for the 800 mesh. Fine SS weave or laser drilled? The laser stuff has made a lot of headway lately and seems to be much cheaper, and the thinness prevents some blocking problems, and the higher % open allows for more throughput.Have you ever tried oil elutriation for sorting fine stuff?
