I hear you Pat but... $35 million over 5 days... heck... how much money does someone need?!... I would have gladly cashed that amount out and then relied on the "small percentages" argument to defend against any lawsuits or questions from security regulators. Frankly, this pales in comparison to the Michael Coupeland (Corel) insider selling. If I recall, Terry Mathews would always sell off a chunk (but very small percentage-wise) of Newbridge shares each year like clock-work. This habit was well known and didn't cause much impact. The Nortel fiasco and the insider selling at the end of the day of the fateful announcement seems incredibly suspect no matter what the PR people have spun. Enough on insider stealing... lets get some upsider moves going again!! :-) Blaireo
